Obituary of Patricia Claire Smeeton

SMEETON, Patricia Claire (nee Fare)
Patricia passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Queensway Carlton Hospital on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at the age of 89.  Patricia was predeceased by her loving husband William “Bill” Smeeton (2011).  Treasured Mum of Andrew (Lydia) of Toronto, Glenn (Donna) of Ajax, Victor and Martin, both of Kemptville.  Adoring Nana of Michael (Sara), Ryan (Katie), Jennifer, Jessica and Molly.  Patricia will be fondly remembered by her dear family and friends in Canada and overseas as well as her friends and the staff of Greystone Manor in Kemptville, Ontario.  A private family graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at the Cataraqui Cemetery where Patricia will be reunited with her beloved Bill.
