Peacefully at Trillium Ridge Nursing Home on July 27, 2017. She is survived by her children Stephen (Marianne), Joel (Cheryl), Tom (Donna), Heather Hannah (Ron), and Alexis (Bruce). She will also be remembered by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John, her sister Jeanette and brother Ivan. At Connie's request there will be no service. There will be a private interment at a later date. The family wishes to thank the staff at Trillium Ridge for their compassion and care of Mom.
