Toni Michele Canning

1952 – 2022

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Toni, at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday, January 21, 2022.  Toni, was predeceased by her loving husband Michael Rollins, her dear parents Isaac and Helen Tilley, and sister Lois Tilley and brother Jim Tilley.  Treasured sister of Ivan Tilley, Bobbi Spark (Martin), Donna McEwen (Michael), and Geraldine Tilley.  She will be sadly missed by her numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.  A heartfelt thank you is extended to the staff at KGH for their excellent care over the last three months and to Dr. David Marcassa for his many years of dedication and constant care of Toni.  A service celebrating Toni’s life will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 1:30 pm in the chapel of the James Reid Funeral Home, Kingston.  Due to reduced capacity all guests must RSVP to the funeral home at 613-544-3411, daily 9-5, to register attendance for the service and show their QR Enhanced Vaccine Certificate and photo ID when they arrive.  For those who wish donations in Toni’s memory may be made to your local Humane Society or the Ladies’ Auxiliary, Legion Br. 560.
