Peacefully in Ottawa in her 102nd year, Thelma Lorena Buchanan (Garrett) on Thursday, November 25th 2021. Predeceased by loving husband Cecil Korry Buchanan. Loved and will be greatly missed by daughter, Mary and her husband Geoff King and granddaughter Laura (Steve) and great-grandson Alexander, and granddaughter Julia (Jeremy). Fondly remembered by sister-in-law Margaret Buchanan, nieces, nephews and friends in Kingston and Ottawa.  Predeceased by parents George and Edith Garrett (Armstrong) and sisters Edna, Blanche, Eleanor and brother Harris.

At Thelma's request a private service has been held at James Reid Funeral Home. If desired, donations may be made to The Arthritis Society or a charity of your choice.
