Obituary of Evelyn Mary Huddle

Evelyn Mary Huddle
1949 – 2021

Peacefully, at Providence Care Hospital, with her family and dearest friends at her side, Evelyn passed away on the evening of October 18, 2021.

Evelyn is survived by her beloved husband Ian of 51 years, her two children Jessica and Timothy, and their respective partners Cade and Oona, along with her cherished grandchildren Maeve, William and Solomon. Evelyn was born in Kent, England, where she leaves behind her two sisters & brother, Janet, Joanne and Robert.

Evelyn was a devoted and loving mother to her children, giving them the wings to fly, knowing they would always return. The love Evelyn and Ian had for one another knew no bounds, and there wasn’t a bond stronger. Evelyn was a kind, strong and loving person and those who knew her, experienced her unconditional love and support. Evelyn will be missed by many and will always be remembered with love.

In keeping with Evelyn’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a family and friends Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at 281 Princess Street. Donations in Evelyn’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or University Hospitals Kingston Foundation – Comfort Fund
